  1. Business Development Strategy: Develop a business development strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction;
  2. Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs in the manufacturing industry;
  3. Client Meetings: Arrange business meetings with prospective clients;
  4. Product Promotion: Promote the company’s ERP products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives;
  5. Sales Contracts: Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines;
  6. Record Keeping: Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc;
  7. After-Sales Support: Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support;
  8. Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
  9. Team Development: Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.

Yêu cầu

  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field;
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role;
  • Proven sales track record in ERP sales;
  • Understanding of Manufacturing Processes, Supply Chain Management, Customer Relationship
  • Management, Accounting and Inventory Management basic knowledge is crucial;
  •  Knowledge of Epicor Kinetic ERP or other similar systems, their capabilities, and their benefits is a plus;
  •  Experience in customer support is a plus;
  •  Proficiency in MS Office;
  •  Proficiency in English;
  •  Market knowledge in the manufacturing industry;
  •  Communication and negotiation skills;
  •  Time management and planning skills;
